GCR at Coverings 2024
Coverings 2024, one of the most important international trade shows in the ceramic and natural stone sector, will take place in Atlanta, Georgia, at the Georgia World Congress Center from April 22nd to April 25th, 2024.
Gruppo Cerdisa Ricchetti will be present at booth #3586 with a stand where the products will be the true protagonists of the exhibition space. Inspired by the minimalist design philosophy of the great architect Mies van der Rohe, it starts from the premise that
"No design is possible until the materials with which you design are completely understood."
Every good project starts with the fundamental premise that the materials at the heart of the project are thoroughly understood. GCR's ceramic surfaces have precise peculiar characteristics to grasp and exploit to the fullest, to be contextualized in functional yet aesthetically cutting-edge projects.
For this reason, GCR places ceramic products at the center of the entire exhibition path, providing essential information for their understanding, panel by panel, through precise infographics. A journey that parallels museum exhibitions, where artworks speak, contextualized through brief and concise explanations that do not detract from the true object of the visit.
There is no need to add anything to the narrative that is not strictly related to the ceramic product; no frills, no distractions: because this is the beating heart of GCR, and it is the result of ingenuity and experience, creativity, and pragmatism reproduced on an industrial scale. In this design framework, Gruppo Cerdisa Ricchetti exhibits the brand-new collections Pearls by GCR Experiments, Slatestone by Cerdisa, and Salentina by Ricchetti. In sizes 120x120 and 80x80 and Honed surface for the first one, in the exclusive rectified multiformat 32x32 – 32x48.1 – 48.1x48.1 – 48.1x96.1 for the other two, in natural and Cross surfaces.
It will also be an opportunity to review the successful collections from Cersaie 2023: Archistone 2, Archimarble 2 (completed with two additional marble effects compared to September 2023), and Wood Design by Cerdisa, Fireclay, and Retro Pure by Ricchetti.
